1. Who we are

Axis WebPro is owner operated by Ricardo Ribeiro in New Jersey, United States. The site at axiswebpro.com is the public face of that business. For any privacy question, write to info@axiswebpro.com.

2. What this site collects

The site collects only the information you give it on purpose, plus the routine server access logs every web host writes.

• Form submissions. The contact form and the audit lead form post to the REST endpoint /wp-json/axis/v1/quote-request. Fields submitted: name, email, phone, business name, current website URL, the free-text message you write, and whether you checked the optional box agreeing to receive text messages. These are sent to info@axiswebpro.com through the site mail layer. The text-messaging consent is covered in section 6.
• Audit quiz answers. If you complete the audit, your 10 answers and resulting tier score are sent alongside the lead form fields above. They are not displayed anywhere public.
• Server access logs. The web host records the IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, and timestamp of each page load. This is the same log every reputable web host keeps. It exists to investigate abuse and performance, not to profile visitors.
• Performance cache. The LiteSpeed cache layer stores rendered HTML for repeat visits. The cache does not store form input or personal data.

3. What this site does not do

The site does not run third-party advertising trackers, behavioral retargeting pixels, session replay tools, or cross-site profiling cookies. It does not sell, rent, or trade your contact information. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list when you submit a form; if you want a newsletter you would have to ask for one separately.

4. Cookies

Standard WordPress operates a small number of cookies for sessions, comment fields, and admin logins. Visitors who do not log in, do not comment, and do not submit a form generally see one or two cookies tied to the cache layer. No advertising cookies are set by Axis WebPro.

5. How long we keep things

• Form submissions: retained in email and in the site database for as long as the business relationship is active, then archived. You may request deletion at any time by writing to info@axiswebpro.com.
• Server access logs: retained by the web host per the host's own retention policy. Axis WebPro does not export, analyze, or repurpose these logs.
• Audit answers: retained alongside the lead row for as long as the business relationship is active.

6. Text messaging (SMS)

Axis WebPro sends text messages only to people who ask for them. When you submit the contact form or the website audit form and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, you give Axis WebPro your express consent to text the mobile number you provided. Providing a mobile number is optional. You can work with Axis WebPro entirely by email or phone call without ever opting in to text messages.

If you opt in, the texts you may receive are limited to:

• Your website audit results and the link to review them
• A reply to a question you sent through the site
• Scheduling and reminders for a call or audit review you requested
• Follow-up about an active or pending engagement with Axis WebPro

We do not send recurring promotional blasts. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any message to cancel all further texts. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or reach us any time at info@axiswebpro.com or (973) 444-3004.

Your mobile information stays private. Axis WebPro does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your rights

You have the right to see what we have on file about you, correct any of it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Email info@axiswebpro.com with the request and a way for us to verify you are the person whose record it is. We respond inside one business day for routine requests and inside thirty days for anything that requires legal review.

8. Children

The site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has submitted information through the site, write to info@axiswebpro.com and we will delete the record.

9. Security

The site is served over TLS, so form submissions are encrypted in transit. Server-side storage sits on the host's standard infrastructure. No system is unbreakable; if a breach is detected that affects your data, you will be notified through the email you submitted.

10. Changes to this policy

If the policy changes, the last-updated stamp at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes are written in plain language at the top of the next revision, not buried in a footer.
