Three months. Three workstreams.
Month one was the audit and the rebuild plan. Page set locked, schema mapped, performance budgets agreed. Hero image dropped from 1.2 MB to 112 KB WebP. LiteSpeed configured. Old SafeMove CRM form stripped, replaced with the Granot HelloMoving snippet now powering quote intake.
Month two shipped the child theme and the first 50 city pages. PageSpeed climbed from 41 mobile to 88 within the first week of indexing. The structure passed Rich Results Test on the first attempt.
Month three ran the second wave of city pages out to 229 total, plus county hubs, plus the interstate corridor pages. Looker Studio dashboard live, GA4 conversion tracking firing on every form, GBP optimized, 80 directory citations submitted via BrightLocal.
